Davao | Matina Town Square

Let's fast forward from our 10-hour bus travel to Davao to our First Stop: Matina Town Square at 22:00hrs.

Thanks to the series of road constructions at Bukidnon-Davao road, we arrived at Davao past 18:00hrs. We went to visit Jiemar's siblings in Cabantian, took our dinner, and rested. We were just in time to see the gates at People's Park (supposedly our first stop) closed for the day. Sad. So much for my fast forward huh? ^-^

Welcome to Matina Town Square where Night Life is Alive. Matina Town Square welcomes all party people to morning the night.

Ooooh I, I love the nightlife
I got to boogie
On the disco 'round, oh yeah

The entrance to MTS provides an array of commercial shops and a few establishments.

They also have a playground for children.

The (big) Tent where events are being held from time to time.

Aling Foping's Halo-Halo: A Must Try.

Durian Special Halo-Halo sold at Php100.00 and Halo-Halo Special sold at Php105.00 (you can choose a maximum of 6 ingredients for your halo-halo mix).

The Taboan. Street Bars. Live Bands. Hang Out.

Want entertainment? Visit the place.

We never got to stay longer as we were in dire need for rest. At least we got to visit one of the Must Go Places in Davao.

And snoozed.
