after many discussions for our next exploration, my friends suggested that we go on a food trip so i can also create a food blog (oh my sweet and supportive friends).
a few more discussions and we've conceptualized what we will carry out.first project: the quest for the best chicken inasal in town. this excludes food chains selling chicken inasal. we aim to explore only-in-cdo-chicken inasals.
the details:
1. once or twice a month - and more if time and budget permits,we will visit and dine in an eatery/restaurant/food house whose specialty is chicken inasal.
2. we will rate the taste, size of the chicken, food price, venue, etc. (any suggestions?) with 5 as the highest score and 1 as the lowest. to make it more fun, here's the form i made for them to rate.
